A new reality

Synopsis

Annotation: The world situation is getting worse. Many disasters happen, people die entire cities. Everything gives evidence of oncoming doomsday. Peter fears that his efforts ended in failure.

Peter begins to see a strange dream with golden gates. A lot of people see the same dream.

Some time later, the world situation stabilizes. Accidents ceased. Fog descends from ghost-towns.

Peter is invited to a press conference. At the live conference Peter Jackson deciphers the meaning of the dream. He gives people hope.

            It is one month away from the day of the press conference. Peter Jackson is regularly invited to various talk shows, his popularity is growing.

            The world situation is getting worse. A lot of accidents happen, a lot of people die. The fog is extending round 30 ghost-towns, it captures more and more area.

            Peter Jackson is suffering. The main character is afraid that his efforts fail.

            Peter sees a new nightmare. He sees his own funeral. Jackson realizes that he is back to the beginning. The temporary truce is almost over; Peter is again on the verge of dying. He has three days to make a new pact.

            After some hesitation, Peter Jackson makes an open-end contract, thus solving his problem.

The world situation continues to worsen, more accidents happen. Religious sects liven up. People start seeking asylum.

            At the same time, Peter sees a rather strange dream with golden gates. Peter Jackson sees this dream every night during a month. Every night it is continued.

            Peter tries to understand the meaning of an unusual dream, but all to no avail. The main character accidentally hears another’s conversation. One man tells his friends about his night fantasy. The dream is very similar to the Peter Jackson’s one. People are discussing the meaning of the dream, talk about the dream book.

            Jackson reflects on this, he starts searching the Internet. It turns out that other people saw the same dream. People have posted the descriptions of their dreams on their pages in social networks and blogs.

            In the night vision the part of Peter`s person tells that the fog will soon descend upon one town. Peter and the journalist should go to the town to make a coverage.

            After several days the prediction comes true. Peter Jackson and the journalist are traveling to Zeron – Peter`s hometown. On the fourth day the fog descends, they get into Zeron. The town is slowly coming to life. The girl shoots a reportage, Peter appeals to people with a warning. This news spreads over the world.

            Crashes ceased. The world situation starts to improve.

            The lull is for a week. Gradually Peter Jackson's understands the meaning of the dream with golden gates. Jackson is excited. He is afraid to lose his son.

            The lull is over. A lot of accidents and natural disasters happen. Disorders are everywhere.

Peter doesn’t leave home for 5 days. Jackson is trying to cope with his fear, he learns to control his emotions.

            Psychoanalyst comes to Peter`s place. Together they go to meet the journalist. The girl says that the fog around the ghost-towns scattered, crashes suddenly stopped. She invites Peter to press conference. He agrees.

            At the conference Peter Jackson explains the meaning of the dream. He says that humankind has made the choice: humanity is on the way to a new level. 33 percent of the people has already passed there. It will take a year to pass into a new reality. Those people who have not still moved have time to get into a new reality. Those who refuse to go to the new world, will die within a year, along with the old dying world.

            The son has seen the conference on TV. The boy knows everything. After the shooting father and son spend the rest of the day together. In the evening, Peter puts the boys to bed. The son asks the question Peter was so afraid of.

            At night, Jackson finds himself in his vision. He stands in front of the golden gates. The gates are open. People come into the blinding light. Jackson peers into the crowd of strangers. He wants to find his son. With no hope Peter goes towards the gates. Then he hears the joyful yell "daddy." He turns to the familiar voice and sees his boy. Peter is hugging his son. They come together into the bright blue light.
