Fantastic Assumption: Solution of the main character's problem lies in his inner world. The world is in the thin reality compared to our material world, so the boundaries of the possible are greatly expanded there. The principal law in the inner world is true is what you believe. The character is the sole master of his world, and is able to design it at his pleasure. Any changes in the inner world are reflected in the external material reality.

The action takes place in modern times in a fictional West European country.

The manuscript "The Point of No Return" consists of three parts:
Part I. Grave of dream
Part II. The Apocalypse
Part III. A new reality
